Why is a Knox Box essential for your business?
In an emergency, every second counts. A Knox Box provides numerous benefits:
- Eliminates Costly Forced Entry Damage: Without a Knox Box, firefighters may have to force entry during an emergency by breaking windows or doors, leading to significant repair costs often not covered by your insurance deductible.
- Assures Immediate Access: The system allows firefighters immediate, unobstructed entry to your building, avoiding delays in mitigating the emergency, whether it's a fire, a medical issue, or a false alarm.
- Maintains Building Security: After an incident is resolved, firefighters can simply re-lock the undamaged door, keeping your property secure.
- Saves Time and Aggravation: No more receiving a 2:00 am phone call and having to rush to your business to provide access for a false alarm or minor issue.
- Protects Sprinkler Systems and Inventory: Faster access allows for quicker shut-off of sprinkler systems, preventing unnecessary water damage to your property, equipment, and inventory.
